The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) was invited as the keynote speaker of the 9th Anniversary of the Council of Independent Universities (CIU) on29th May, 2015. The function took place at the Florence Onny Auditorium in the campus of the Ghana Technology University College, Accra, under the theme: “Private Universities as Partners in National Development”.
The CEO’s speech focused on: the relevance of programmes offered by Ghanaian tertiary institutions, ethics; and the availability of the Students’ Loan to private tertiary institutions. She assured students of an open-door policy by the SLTF and implored students to continue to dialogue with the Fund, to enable it deliver satisfaction to tertiary students.
