Good Morning to you all. It is a delight to join the SLTF family. This is because young as you are, the SLTF has a very strong performance brand out there. This image of SLTF did not happen on its own, it has been the result of the hard work and dedication of all of you, and for this I must say ayeeko to the team.
Joining such a high performing team for me is very exciting. I am thrilled that together we will move up the numbers impressively. I look forward to an end of year gathering where we will be parting ourselves on the shoulders for a good job done.
As you already know loan disbursement and recoveries are the heart of our job. With the recent increase in our portfolio from 64 tertiary institutions to 103 tertiary institutions there is a lot of space for all of us to improve on our performance.
We all need to continuously think of innovative ways to improve on our results.
I will operate an open door/mail regime and therefore you are all encouraged to drop me mails or visit any time you think of something innovative with regards to our operations.
